Use Business Glu to schedule pushes to fit the needs of your business. This video and article will show you how to use Notification Sequences to send out pushes to your users, depending on when a particular event will take place.
Getting Started
In order to set up your Notification Sequences, first log into your system and click on Team Dashboard.
From your Team Dashboard, click on the Notifications button from the Quick Links list on the right of your screen.
– or use your Team Dashboard Menu by clicking on the three horizontal lines at the upper left corner of the screen, and then clicking on Notifications:
Once on the Notifications page, click on Sequences to manage when your push notifications will be sent out.
Once that Sequences button has been clicked, you will see this screen with several options: Sequence Settings, New Signups, No App Activity, and Upgrade Accounts.
Using the Sequence Settings Feature
To set up your Notification Sequences, click on Sequence Settings. You will see this pop-up:
Click on the Send At time and enter the time of day you would like your sequence push notifications to send. Click Update to save your changes.The New Signups option is a push that will be delivered to new users who have downloaded and logged in to the mobile app. They will automatically start receiving this sequence.

Using the No App Activity Feature
The No App Activity is a sequence that can be sent to users who are not active in the mobile app after a set number of days.
Using the Upgrade Accounts Feature
The Upgrade Accounts option is if you have taken advantage of Business Glu's Complete team app system, you can upgrade your users from Basic to Complete.
To set up your Notification Sequences, click on Sequence Settings. You will see this pop-up:
Click on the Send At time and enter the time of day you would like your sequence push notifications to send. Click Update to save your changes.
