If you're logged into the Mobile App and can't hear the sound for a video, make sure your phone is not on vibrate. If your phone is on vibrate, the sound will be muted when you are watching the video on the mobile app.

Switching off vibrate on your cell phone will allow the video audio to play properly so you can hear it.
